Miri Segal – Founder & Chief Executive Officer of MS-IR Miri Segal is a seasoned Investor Relations (IR) professional with over 26 years of experience working with a diverse range of international companies, from private (pre IPO) to publicly traded firms across various industries. In February 2009, she founded MS-IR LLC, a firm that provides fully-integrated investor relations services to public and pre-IPO companies. Leveraging her extensive capital markets network and deep expertise in building IR programs from the ground up, Miri leads MS-IR in offering strategic counsel to enhance shareholder value and foster relationships with the financial community throughout a company’s lifecycle. Miri has successfully spearheaded IR strategies for numerous IPOs and capital raises globally. Under her leadership, MS-IR has guided leading technology companies such as Nova (NVMI), InMode (INMD), Radcom (RDCM), AudioCodes (AUDC), among others, and she has served as an advisor to key institutions, including the Israel Securities Authority. Before establishing MS-IR, Miri was Vice President at Strategic Growth International (SGI), a global IR boutique. Prior to her move to the U.S., she was a partner at KM/KCSA, Israel's leading IR firm. Throughout her career, Miri has represented a prestigious client list, including M-Systems, Lipman, Fundtech, Elbit Medical Imaging, Internet Gold, XTL Biotech, Ormat, Retalix, Gain Capital, and many others. Miri Segal holds an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Manchester and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and French Literature from Tel Aviv University. She is also a board member of American Friends of Tel Aviv University (AFTAU) in New York City.
