Based in New York, Goldberg is the CEO and Co-founder of ResilienceLab, Chairman of the board at Claranova, and founding partner of Maslow Capital Partners, a technology-focused merchant bank.
ResilienceLab aims to provide affordable, high-quality mental health care through a blend of technology, clinical methodology, and compassion. The lab empowers clients to enhance their lives, amplifies the impact of clinicians, and trains and certifies top professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Previously, Goldberg was the founding GP of Occam Capital, which was sold to Bryan Garnier in April 2009, and a GP and CTO at RVC, where he managed the Reuters Greenhouse Fund. This fund invested in 82 companies, resulting in 16 IPOs and 30 trade sales. Goldberg also led successful transactions with ID2 (sold to Sonera), MetaMerge (sold to IBM), and others.
Goldberg's career includes roles as an entrepreneur and senior executive in technology and product management at companies such as Renaissance Software (sold to SunGard), Rational Software (sold to IBM for $2.1B), and Reuters.
