He is responsible for developing IP strategies, IP assets, and patent portfolios for multi-million dollar acquired start-ups and companies in various stages of development and financing. Michael’s high-tech research and development experience and a computer science and physics education allow him to offer valuable insights into innovative technology fields like cyber-security. Michael advises start-ups on their critical initial patents, and his track record includes helping dozens of cybersecurity companies evolve from seed to exit. Michael founded M&B IP, a patent firm that implements data-driven methods for developing patent portfolios for maximizing successful exits. Michael holds a BSc in Computer Science and Physics and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
