Rubi Arbel is the CEO of Scribe Security, an end-to-end software supply chain security company. Formerly a Lt. Colonel in the IDF's 8200 unit and a fighter pilot in the IAF, Rubi has been engaged in cyber technology since 2004. He has extensive experience in the design and execution of large-scale cyber projects and products across a variety of technologies. Rubi served as VP of Aviation, at Argus Cyber Security, protecting civil aircraft, and co-founded Resilience Cyber Security, providing tailored solutions and professional services to challenging problems in cyber security and cryptography.
