Shivani Dhir is the Assistant Dean of Digital Learning at NYU Tandon School of Engineering and has been a leader in higher education and adult learning for over a decades. Her specific expertise is in launching and growing innovative graduate and professional education programs that align with the workforce needs of high-growth industries including healthcare and technology. Shivani is passionate about building high-touch interactive experiences for students across their lifelong learning journey through a data-driven and digital lens. She is committed to creating greater access to education by helping programs increase their student diversity as well as designing and delivering inclusive learning experiences. Shivani has developed professional development content for students across undergraduate, graduate, and executive programs as well as presented on topics related to leadership and professional development at higher education conferences and events such as the Executive MBA Council (EMBAC) Annual Conference. She holds a BA in Sociology & Economics from the College of Arts & Sciences at NYU and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.
